By default, Instagram keep a copy of each image or video published on your profile directly in the Android photo gallery. In case the application is not saving the copies on the device, it will be necessary to go to the Instagram settings and enable the permission for the storage of images and videos.
Remember internal storage is compromised in case you choose to keep all copies on the device.
Follow the path: Instagram Settings –> Settings –> Save original photos and Save videos after posting. Activate both options. If the issue persists, restart the device's multitasking app and run the procedure again.
I can't delete my profile on Instagram
Many users do not have the option to opt out of their Instagram profiles directly through the app. The "delete account" option cannot be accessed through the mobile app, and is only available on the web version.
It is worth remembering that the option available on the Instagram website deletes the account temporarily and not effectively. To do this, go to the address instagram.com and enter with your username and password. Upon entering, click on your name next to the “exit” option, and select the “edit profile” button.
In the “edit profile” option, find the description in the lower right corner to “temporarily deactivate my account” and justify the reason for the exclusion on the next screen. The profile will remain active for 90 days, and an e-mail is sent to the user after that date that warns about the effective deletion of the account.
Error when sharing photos with other social networks
It is possible to share the images published on Instagram on other social networks, such as Facebook and Twitter. Nevertheless, an unknown error disables sharing defined by the user and does not play the content simultaneously in other linked accounts. Find out below how to solve this problem:
On Facebook: Go to your account settings (the arrow next to the lock icon in the upper right corner), find the “applications” menu and select the “x” that appears next to the Instagram icon. After this selection, Instagram's access to Facebook will be unauthorized.
On Twitter: click on your profile image and select the “settings” option. A new screen will appear and you should click on “applications”, search for Instagram and click on “revoke access”. After this selection, Instagram's access to Twitter will be unauthorized.
Go back to Instagram, go to “Settings” of your account and select the option “Linked accounts”. Click on the Facebook or Twitter icon and grant access to the publication share again by indicating your login data.
Login problems due to non-compliance with service times
The terms of service are not always read by users, but in some cases the breach of certain clauses results in the account deactivation for violation of the terms and conditions of service.
Therefore, when facing login difficulties, select "Forgotten?" and reset your access password.
In cases of removal for inappropriate content, Instagram will respond with an automatic e-mail indicating the period of inactivation of the profile or, in more serious cases, the complete deactivation of the account.

Instagram won't update to the latest version

Images published with low resolution
You can manually adjust the quality of your published photos directly by Instagram, avoiding the processing of low resolution images.
To do this, go to Instagram settings and select “Advanced features” and “Use high quality image processing”, go back and close the multitasking application on your device.
The next images will be processed with a higher quality, however, mobile internet consumption will be greater. In case you are not interested in posting images with good resolution, disable this feature.
