Muy ligera y a todo color
Esta es la nueva pulsera cuantificadora de la prestigiosa marca Fitbit. Esta marca se distingue por su implicación con el mundo de la salud el deporte y el bienestar. Esta pulsera es la tercera evolución de la gama inspire y se trata de una pulsera a todo color. Personalmente una de las cosas que más destaca aparte de su ligereza es su pantalla AMOLED. Si nos centramos en realmente lo esencial de esta pulsera o de cualquier otra nos damos cuenta del montón de sensores que trae. Tenemos un acelerómetro de tres ejes , sensor SpO²(que es un sensor de aire en sangre) , el sensor óptico para comprobar la frecuencia cardíaca en la parte trasera y el sensor de luz que hará que se encienda y apague automáticamente entre otras cosas como graduar la intensidad del brillo automáticamente. Lo bueno de este modelo el inspire 3 es que almacena cada uno de los movimientos y los vuelca en la app para que podamos ver el desarrollo diario de nuestras actividades. En su memoria puede almacenar hasta un total de siete días antes de enviarlo al teléfono y de esta forma liberar su memoria. La conexión a su app y obviamente al smartphone es mediante Bluetooth. Esta conexión la podemos llevar activa todo el día si queremos ver las notificaciones o únicamente conectarla para que descargue los datos de las actividades. En cuanto a batería el fabricante nos da una estimación máxima de diez días pero en la realidad depende muchísimo de su uso y es que si desarrollamos una actividad con el uso de todos los sensores esta durabilidad se verá drásticamente reducida. En mis pruebas con un uso normal y con pocas notificaciones he pasado de los ocho días y con actividades deportivas he pasado fácilmente de los cinco por lo que una estimación de un uso medio sería unos siete días. El apartado de salud es muy importante como ya sabemos para esta marca y en cuanto a sus usos tenemos diferentes apartados dentro de la pulsera como: nivel de estrés, estado de ánimo (aunque esto último mejor que nosotros no lo sabe nadie), monitorización del sueño (esto último únicamente en horas nocturnas)…. La verdad es que es muy completa y se siente con muchísima más calidad y que otro tipo de pulseras que he tenido. En cuanto a su relación calidad-precio considero que es buena

    I purchased the Fitbit Inspire 3 in 2022—nearly three years ago—and have been using it daily ever since. I absolutely love its sleep monitoring, cardio load, and activity tracking features. The battery life is especially impressive; I find it unacceptable to recharge a smartwatch more than once a week, and the Inspire 3 easily meets that expectation.

    While I'm disappointed that Google has discontinued the Fitbit community, this hasn’t diminished my satisfaction with the device. Even today, I wouldn’t trade my Inspire 3 for any other fitness tracker currently on the market.

    He notado que el contador de pasos y calorías está algo roto ya que al día me llega a contar 15km recorridos, aprox. 25,000 pasos y 3.800 calorías.

    Mi trabajo es bastante agotador y requiere mucho esfuerzo físico pero no creo que queme esas calorías en un solo día.

    Todo lo demás funciona bien, lástima que la app tiene funciones premium.

    Es una pena que el podómetro no funcione algo mejor. Desde luego, la perfección con estas cosas es imposible y soy consciente de ello. No me importa que me cuente pasos de más. El problema es que con el Fitbit, al final del día me encuentro con más de 1.000 pasos que no son tales. Por tanto, todos los datos de gasto calórico y actividad diaria hay que cogerlos con pinzas. Ojo para el que busca una herramienta de precisión…

    Does what it's supposed to do. Went through an Inspire 2, 3x Charge 5 that died prematurely, then downgraded to a Charge 4 and worked perfectly until the catch for the strap broke off. I superglued it back but thought it would not last much longer. I could buy another Charge 4 as a replacement but it might break again, so for the price point, I bought this Inspire 3 and hope that this will last much longer than the poorly designed Charge 5. I am not confident to pay so much more for a Charge 6 because I don't know if the premature failure issue from Charge 5 was addressed.

    Wirklich sehr gut. Trägt sich sehr angenehm, so dass man den Tracker fast vergisst. Die App ist auch gut gemacht und man kann die Informationen sich so anzeigen lassen wie man möchte. Nervig ist nur, dass sie ungefragt immer aufzeichnet obwohl ich es ausgestellt habe. Akku hält die ganze Woche. Bin sehr zufrieden
